Open foil package, take out the eye pads and carefully expose the gel sheet (note that there are two patches in every foil package)
Apply the eye pads over the under-eye area
Smooth out the patches carefully to make sure that the sheet makes good contact with the skin
Relax, wear the patches for about 20 to 30 minutes
Remove the patches gently and discard
Do not reuse the patches
Use the patches once every 2 to 3 days
